Cookie Policy

What we store on your device, why, and for how long. We don’t use advertising, tracking networks or commercial profiling.

01What we store and why

Besides cookies, the service uses your browser’s local storage (localStorage and sessionStorage). The law treats them the same way —it covers any information stored on your device— so we describe them together.

CategoryPurposeSet byDuration
Strictly necessary session cookiesKeep you signed in and recognize you from page to page. Without them you can’t access the service.UsUntil you sign out, and no longer than 30 days.
Record of your telemetry choiceRemember the option you picked in the cookie notice so it doesn’t show up again.Us1 year.
Display preferencesRemember the display settings you chose so they carry over between visits.Us, stored only in your browserUntil you delete them.
Technical telemetryDetect errors and measure application performance to keep the service running and secure.Us, through a technical support providerFor the duration of the visit; technical logs, up to 90 days.

02Each category in detail

Strictly necessary (can’t be turned off)

Keeping your session alive and remembering your own choice in the cookie notice. The first is essential to sign in; the second saves us from asking you on every visit.

Preferences

Display settings. They are stored only in your browser: they aren’t sent to our servers, linked to your account or shared with anyone. You can delete them whenever you like and the service will keep working with its defaults.

Technical telemetry

We use a monitoring tool to catch errors and measure performance. It is narrowly scoped: it’s set up to discard request contents, headers and cookies, it doesn’t send your IP address and it doesn’t record your screen. We don’t use audience analytics, advertising pixels or identifiers shared with third parties.

03Your choice

The first time you visit, a notice gives you two options. Here is what each does:

  • Accept (“Aceptar” inside the dashboard): full telemetry stays on, meaning error detection and performance measurement.
  • Necessary only (“Solo lo necesario” inside the dashboard): performance measurement is turned off. Only error detection remains, as a security and stability measure based on our legitimate interest. It doesn’t build profiles.
The notice informs you; it doesn’t block access. Measurement starts on the first page load and your choice applies from the next one. We say so because that’s what actually happens.

Changing it later

Clear this site’s cookies and local storage from your browser’s privacy settings. The notice will show again on your next visit and you can choose again. You can also ask us at info@elevatemedialabs.com. When we update this policy, we ask again; until you answer, a previous “Necessary only” choice stays in effect.

04Third-party cookies

We don’t embed social media widgets, share buttons, media players or any other third-party resources that could set cookies on your device or track your browsing. Links to original content open the source’s own site, whose policies apply from that point on.

05Controlling cookies in your browser

Every browser lets you view, block and delete cookies and local storage from its privacy settings. Keep in mind that blocking strictly necessary cookies will stop you from signing in: authentication depends on them.
